
Classic milk chocolate gianduja bar with whole Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P.
The Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P. are toasted and worked directly by Venchi. This bar plays on the contrast of textures - between the milk gianduja chocolate base with at least 33% hazelnut cream, extremely soft and creamy and the natural crunchiness of the toasted hazelnut. We recommend tasting the bar by cutting it into cubes and tasting it in combination with a dry wine, which mitigates its buttery notes.
