Cuor di Cacao 75% composed of extra-dark chocolate from Central and South America with low acidity. A pleasant aromatic intensity deriving from the high percentage of cocoa contained in the Cuor di Cacao, but without presenting any acidic notes. The flavour is persistent and reminiscent of hot chocolate.
